Direct3D9 RenderSystem cannot be built when Win8-SDK (or Visual Studio 2012) is installed.

CMake prefers Win8-SDK for Direct3D headers. This is a problem as the Direct3D9 RenderSystem uses some DX features and headers not included in the Win8 SDK.
