Build error in OgreD3D11Texture.h using MinGW

Description

While compiling 1.9 updated from BitBucket on Sunday, I ran into this error:

ogre/RenderSystems/Direct3D11/include/OgreD3D11Texture.h:69:1: error: 'IID_totype' was not declared in this scope

Could not find anything about this on the forums, so I thought I would post a bug.
