Cannot compile D3D11: Missing simultanoues render target count

Description

In OgreD3D11RenderSystem.cpp lines 1185, two undefined constants are used:

D3D_FL9_3_SIMULTANEOUS_RENDER_TARGET_COUNT
D3D_FL9_1_SIMULTANEOUS_RENDER_TARGET_COUNT

-> leads to compilation errors
