Shadows Sample: Crash when switching to LiSPSM

Description

As said in title, can be reproduced in both OpenGL and DirectX9.
Just start the sample, switch to texture shadows, modulative, then try switching to LiSPSM.

Environment

Windows 7 64-bit, GeForce 580 GTX, Compiled with MinGW GCC 4.7.1
